COURSES

At periods throughout the year, courses are held by our Chief Instructor, Sensei Andy Murdoch Snr, together with his other Senior Instructors or a visiting Instructor may be invited. These will be held at our dojo in Motherwell.

All students should make an effort to attend all of these courses.

GRADINGS

For each student to progress to the next level they must participate in a grading examination.  From January 2015 the grading structure at Lenbukai Karate Club will be changing.  All junior students (under 16’s) will have to successfully complete a ‘Tag Grading’ prior to being eligible to sit a ‘Kyu Grading’ up to the grade of 4^th Kyu.   There will be a ‘Tag Grading’ every 8 weeks and a ‘Tag & Kyu Grading’ every 16 weeks.  Senior students (16 & over) will only participate in a ‘Kyu Grading’.  Regular training is essential and every student must hold a current licence and grading book.
