Lenbukai remains a family-run karate club, providing traditional Shotokan karate in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.

Our classes bring different ages and grades together, creating a strong team atmosphere where beginners can learn alongside experienced students and everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace.

Training remains centred around the foundations of Shotokan karate — Kihon, Kata and Kumite — while developing fitness, focus, confidence and discipline.

The surroundings may have changed since 1976.
